Across the entire Niagara Region, 556 homes sold over the past 30 days, at a median sale price of $596,350. The typical home spent 26 days on market and sold at 96.5% of its final list price, a sign of a market that remains active and fairly balanced, with most sellers landing close to asking. Active inventory across the region currently sits at 3,491 homes for sale.

Fort Erie saw 53 homes sell over the past 30 days, with a median sale price of $492,500. Homes typically took 35 days to sell, a bit longer than the regional median, at a median sale-to-list ratio of 96.1%. Active inventory in Fort Erie stands at 461 homes for sale.
Port Colborne recorded 12 home sales in the past 30 days, with a median sale price of $515,000. This was the quickest-moving of the three municipalities, with a median of just 24.5 days on market, and homes sold at a median 96.3% of list price. Active inventory sits at 185 homes for sale.
Niagara Falls recorded 98 home sales in the past 30 days, with a median sale price of $597,450, right in line with the regional median. Homes spent a median of 30 days on market and sold at 96.8% of asking price, the strongest sale-to-list ratio of the three cities. Active inventory in Niagara Falls currently stands at 670 homes for sale.
